because it is my own anxiety and negative thoughts that have held me back.
On a busy afternoon recently, I took a lunch time yoga break. While practicing, my mind kept reminding me that I have tons to do and have no business enjoying the sun outside. In savasana,
I began to internally chant "All the good I seek is seeking me" to let go of my to-do list.

Upon returning to my desk, I found an e-mail from a large company asking me to
record several, short office yoga videos!!!

I KNEW that I needed to move to a video platform as the most accessible way to share workplace wellness with you. I had recorded a few, low budget videos on my own but had no idea how to really go for it! By letting go of how I thought it was all supposed to work out; it worked out even better than I could imagine - and that is a huge part of what I teach. Enjoy!
